Arrival on Friday

With a salutatory drink we welcome you on Friday evening in our house.
Three three-course menus await you as dinner.

Cozy hours at the open fireplace or in the rustic hotel bar conclude the evening.

Saturday

After the rich breakfast buffet, we recommend the following activities for the rest of the day:
Hiking through the Rotkäppchenland Schwalm-Knüll
Bowling on the hotel's own bowling alleys (per lane per hour: 8,-€, the first hour is free)
Cycling on the new Rotkäppchen cycle path - part of the D4 European cycle path
  (Bicycle rental in the village)
Swimming in the heated open-air or indoor swimming pool - Admission p. p.: 2,50€
Covered wagon trip with cold-blooded horses through the Knüllgebirge mountains (2-3 hours - p.pers.: 15, -€)

At the candlelight dinner in the evening we will serve you a four-course menu.

Sunday

Arrangement of the morning as you wish (fee required):

Shooters can prove their target reliability at the shooting range of the shooting club. p. p. incl. insurance: 6, -€

Visit of the local history museum (amongst others with Schwälmer Trachten (costumes),
p. P.: 1,50€) followed by a guided tour of the old, restored apartment in the Nikolaichurch.
Group rate: 40,-€

Visit to a distillery with schnapps tasting p. p.: 8, -€

Visit to the Steinmühle Mill Museum p.P.: 1,50€

How about a round of golf at the 18-hole golf course in Oberaula-Hausen (10Km).

If you don't like these offers, we recommend a hearty morning pint in the beer garden or our traditional cellar bar.

Single supplement:            16,-EUR

If you intend to have lunch on Saturday or Sunday, we recommend three-course menus at a price of 14, -EUR per person, of course you can also eat à la carte.

We can also organise for you on request:

Hut evenings, torch-lit walks, barbecue evenings, performances by traditional costume groups from the Schwalm, tours of the Schwalm and the Knüllgebirge mountains,... and much more!!

The sauna and fitness area is available to you free of charge during your stay in our house.
